THIS IS A 2 DAY WORKSHOP!! January 28th and 29th

Join us for a hands-on sourdough experience where you’ll learn every step of the artisan bread-making process—from mixing and fermentation to shaping, proofing, and baking. Over two days, you’ll practice key techniques, understand how to work with your dough, and gain the confidence to bake at home. Each attendee will leave with a finished artisan loaf and a healthy sourdough starter to keep the baking going.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
