We partnered up with The Utah Wine Trail (yes, it’s a real thing — and yes, it’s in our backyard), the local foodie experts at @stg_eats, and the ultra-chic crew at St. George Luxury Transportation to bring you the ultimate wine-lovin’ local experience.

This trail features five hidden gem wineries, and trust us — each one has its own vibe, its own flavor, and its own personality. Think of it like a scenic road trip through Southern Utah, but with award-winning sips, local stories, and serious foodie moments along the way. Whether you’re a seasoned wine snob or just someone who appreciates a good charcuterie board and a pretty view, this is the kind of day you’ll want to tell your friends about (and definitely post about).

🍷 IG Winery – Cedar City

Let’s just start with the word: elegant. IG Winery is where you go when you want to sip something delicious while feeling just a little bit fancy. The space is part tasting room, part art gallery, and part local history lesson. We learned all about how Utah’s wine scene actually goes way back — and their unique “wine glass in a bottle” gift packages? Absolute perfection for client gifts or any occasion that deserves something a little extra.

They’ve also got a full bar with expertly crafted cocktails (no wine cocktails here — we’re talkin’ the real deal), so whether you’re into vino or a good old fashioned Old Fashioned, there’s something for everyone. If you like your drinks with a side of ambiance and a splash of local pride, IG delivers.»Learn More

🌄 Water Canyon Winery – Hildale

This was a standout. Water Canyon does things differently — everything is natural, from the wild native yeast to the unfiltered winemaking process. You really feel connected to the land here.

We toured the vineyard, met a Highland cow (yep, seriously), and dined on food crafted by their in-house chef, who honestly could have his own Food Network show. The scenery? Unreal. Zion in the background, stunning vineyards, and the most peaceful vibes. This one really hit all the senses.

🍇 Zion Vineyards – Leeds

Tucked just off the freeway in Leeds, Zion Vineyards is one of those places that feels like a true local secret. The vibe here is super laid back, with a focus on crafting wines that reflect the wild and beautiful land they come from. What made this stop really stand out was the pairing experience. We sampled different wines alongside bites like dried fruits, nuts, meats, and crackers — and it was so cool to see how each combination brought out something new in the wine. One sip would highlight deeper oak notes, another would pull forward bright fruity flavors. It turned into a fun little flavor adventure with every glass.

The vineyard itself is beautiful, the wines are thoughtful and bold. If you’re into exploring local flavor in a relaxed, meaningful way — Zion Vineyards should be on your list.

🍇 The Vine Yard – Also in Leeds

We didn’t get a chance to do a full tasting at The Vine Yard just yet, but it’s officially on our list. We did make a quick stop to check out their vineyard — and wow. The setting alone is worth the visit. Rows of vines stretching out against the red rock backdrop? Pure Southern Utah magic.

Even without a glass in hand, we could feel the care and passion behind the place. We’ll be back soon to get the full experience (and you know we’ll have updates when we do).

🥂 Bold & Delaney – Dammeron Valley

We didn’t get to hit this one on our first tour, but it’s high on our list. From what we’ve heard, Bold & Delaney brings some serious craft and creativity to their winemaking. With over a dozen grape varietals and a minimalist, cozy setting, this boutique winery is all about quality, authenticity, and showcasing what Southern Utah wine is really about.

Stay tuned — we’ll be checking this one off soon.
