Dr. Joshua Silva is a native of Utah. He graduated from John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii and completed his residency in Occupational Medicine at the University of Utah. Before relocating to St George he worked for the military for several years. He is currently the medical director for GlobalSync Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that works with the WHO and other NGO’s to treat neglected tropical diseases in developing nations.
