Heal Your Body Consulting

Hi! I’m Jaime with Heal Your Body Consulting and I am a Holistic Nutritionist. My focus is to help older adults navigate our food system with a hands-on approach. It can be really confusing with all the ads, marketing and conflicting advice out there. I want to teach them the right foods to eat that encourages their bodies to heal. I’d like to help them clean out and organize their pantries for success, as well as meeting them at the store so I can point out what brands to buy vs what brands not to buy. Furthermore, we can discuss habits and motivations. My goal is to get them on the right path so that they can continue to make good choices and live longer, healthier lives.
