We offer both annual and monthly payment options for our Featured Listing and 435 Connect Memberships. When you select the monthly payment plan, you are committing to a full 12-month membership term. Monthly payments are billed automatically each month for the duration of your annual term.
Commitment: By choosing the monthly plan, you agree to a 12-month minimum membership. Early cancellation does not void your financial obligation for the full term.
Renewal: After your initial 12 months, your membership automatically renews for another 12-month term—billed monthly—unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Failed Payments/Cancellation: If your payment method fails or your membership is canceled for any reason, your access will be paused, and you will need to re-enroll at the then-current rate to restore your membership.
No Refunds: All membership payments—whether annual or monthly—are non-refundable. No credits or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellation.

Rates may change without notice, with a 30-day renewal notice for clients. To cancel an ad or membership, contact our sales team. Refunds or credits are not offered for published ads or active memberships. Refund processing, if applicable, may take up to 30 business days.
