c. All advertising rates are subject to change without notice. Renewal rates are subject to change at any time with a 30-day notice emailed to client. Client has the right to cancel if not in agreement with the rate change. 

3. Cancellation of Advertisement

a. Users may cancel advertisements at any time, for any reason. Users may be eligible, but not guaranteed a refund or credit if canceled BEFORE the advertisement has been published on the website. Any refunds or credits will be chosen at the discretion of the Website.

b. To cancel an advertisement, users must contact sales@435locals.com and provide relevant details, including the advertisement name and reason for cancellation. Please note it can take up to 2 business days for advertisements to be canceled and removed from the website or social media. In some cases, content may not be removed, instead, it can be noted it is canceled.

c. If a refund is approved, refunds for canceled advertisements will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.

4. Technical Errors and Service Interruptions

a. In the event of technical errors or service interruptions that prevent the proper display of an advertisement, the Website will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue promptly.

b. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, users may be eligible for credit at the discretion of the Website.

a. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating event and business advertisements.

b. The Website is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in event details provided by users.
