a. Users may cancel advertisements at any time, for any reason. Users may be eligible, but not guaranteed a refund or credit if canceled BEFORE the advertisement has been published on the website. Any refunds or credits will be chosen at the discretion of the Website.

b. To cancel an advertisement, users must contact sa***@43*******.com and provide relevant details, including the advertisement name and reason for cancellation. Please note it can take up to 2 business days for advertisements to be canceled and removed from the website or social media. In some cases, content may not be removed, instead, it can be noted it is canceled.

c. If a refund is approved, refunds for canceled advertisements will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
