Dive into the art of sushi with our immersive hands-on sushi making class. Perfect for beginners and sushi enthusiasts alike, this class will guide you through the essential techniques of sushi preparation, from crafting the perfect sushi rice to mastering the roll. By the end of the evening, you’ll have the skills to create beautiful and delicious sushi at home.
Menu:
Slammin’ Salmon Roll- New Zealand King Salmon with Cream Cheese, Avocado , and Eel Sauce, Tempura Style!
Ebi Roll- Poached Shrimp, Carrots, Cucumbers, and Daikon Radish with Ponzu Sauce. Topped with Spicy Mayo, Reverse Roll with rice on the outside.
California Roll- Crab Salad with Cucumber and Avocado-traditional style roll with nori on the outside.
Seats are priced per person.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
