Enjoy a Free Concert of Popular and Folk Music on Monday, 28 Apr 2025

The Desert Strings Community Orchestra invites everyone to enjoy a free concert on Monday, Apr 28th  2025, at 6:30 pm at the Performing Arts Center at 905 South Main Street in St George. We will be playing a mix of popular and folk music, including Star Trek, Godfather, Don’t Stop Believin’, Unchained Melody, We’ve Only Just Begun, Appalachian Celebration, River Song, May It Be, Danny Boy, and more! We have a special invited violin soloist that will perform with us.

Desert Strings is a community orchestra in southwest Utah. We welcome all levels of stringed instrument players – no audition required. The purpose of the Desert Strings Community Orchestra is to have fun making music with other people, learn, and to make new friends. We welcome all levels and ages of stringed players. Join us and bring your violin, viola, cello or bass.
