Empower U: Life Skills Training
Ready to take charge of your future? Empower U offers a 10-course life skills training program designed to equip you with practical skills for everyday life. Classes include topics like basic auto and home maintenance, personal finance, emergency preparedness, CPR & first aid, cooking and nutrition, insurance basics, computer literacy, job preparation, and building community connections.
Held Thursdays from 10 AM to 12 PM at Southwest Tech, each course is just $25, with scholarships available, daycare, and lunch provided. Complete 5-7 courses for 50% off of any program at STech or attend 8-10 courses to take any Southwest Tech program for free! Invest in yourself, gain confidence, and build a foundation for success.
