Get ready to raise your glass to Silver Reef Wines, grown and produced 100% on the Ellis Family’s estate vineyard nestled at 5,047 feet in the mountains above St. George. This vineyard, farm-established in 1935 and lovingly hand-tended by the Ellis family since 2006, thrives on deep sandstone soils and volcanic cobblestones. Our Homestead Red is a bold Bordeaux blend, while the Estate Rosé—fermented in a concrete egg for extra richness—is summer in a glass. We can’t wait to pour you a taste of this unique high-elevation terroir, right from our very own local winery.
